Vacuum hot pressing furnace and vacuum pressure furnace are two different types of furnace. The heating mode of the two types of furnace is basically the same. The difference is that there is a hot pressing punch in the vacuum hot pressing furnace. When used, the material is placed in the high temperature die chamber. The material in the die chamber is sintered under pressure after contacting with the material in the die chamber by means of hydraulic or electric pressure. The whole pressurized die is placed in the heating area. At the heart, the chamber is kept in a vacuum or atmospheric state, where the chamber atmosphere can only reach a slightly positive pressure (< 20KPa). However, the whole chamber of vacuum pressure furnace is made of special materials and can bear high pressure vessel as furnace body. With this furnace sintering, the furnace can be filled with high pressure sintering (9.8MPa). According to the designed chamber pressure, the material can be treated at high temperature and pressure. Vacuum hot pressing sintering furnace is a mechanical contact pressure sintering (used for powder metallurgy and ceramic material hot pressing sintering), vacuum pressure sintering furnace is the whole furnace chamber to achieve a high pressure state for sintering (used for LED phosphor sintering).
